I don't know about you, but a 4-day week definitely sounds inviting right about now! All of this rain has made April feel less like showers and more like a deluge!

During this last quarter, please do your very best to have students ready for arrival and dismissal from lunch, explo classes, and recess. If everyone makes a concerted effort to be punctual, it can cut down on some of the difficulties of hallway traffic and transitions.

Please be sure to continue promoting the Walk-A-Thon and school-wide GLOW party if we meet our goal! I have seen some teachers promoting this on social media, and they are getting their own friends and relatives to donate, which is quite savvy!

IEP meetings in the morning in the conference room

Thursday, April 13

K-5 PLCs - Please come to PLCs with your 'pinks and blues' with the information available at this point filled in. You will recall we are using the same class placement procedures we implemented last year. Please be in communication with the case managers of any students that regularly visit the DR for special education, reading/math MTSS, or ELL prior to this meeting.

Friday, April 14 - NO SCHOOL!!!!!! Enjoy the final day away before the last day of school, which has been moved up to May 24!!!!!
