It’s Time to Get Our Building Going (by putting “ONE FOOT IN FRONT OF THE OTHER”! September 5 – October 16
Each day of the week you intentionally exercise 30 minutes or more earns you an increasing number of points.
Day 1=1 point, Day 2=2 points, Day 3=3 points, and so on. The more times per week you exercise, the higher your point score regardless of what type of exercise you do – Walk, run, cycle, yoga, strength train, pickleball, basketball, circuit train…. Maximum total if you exercise all 7 days of the week is 28 points!! Lots of prizes including a grand prize drawing for a Garmin Activity Tracker!
