Energy Conservation

Please see this message from Dwight Stoppel, our district energy auditor:  "This is a 3 day weekend and classroom devices need to be turned off or unplugged.  Chargers connected to a device may stay on or plugged in for the weekend.  But, if teachers take the laptop home, the charger needs to be unplugged or turned off.  Many teachers have multiple devices connected to a power strip including the laptop charger.  It is still ok to turn the power strip off if the laptop stays at school and connected to the charger.  Laptops are new and will hold a charge for several days."  ** Please remember to close your door during the day and leave it closed and locked when students are in your classroom.
