What an exciting upcoming week!  It is Red Ribbon Week, AND fall parties on Friday!  Please include the Red Ribbon Week Spirit Days in your classroom newsletter, and copy and paste from this month's Falcon Flyer's section with guidelines and policies on the Fall Parties.  As always when you participate in the Spirit Days, you can wear jeans on those days (except for the morning of Oct. 25...professional dress for the staff picture, then PJs, in that order, please... :))

Monday, Oct. 24

  • Wear your favorite team apparel.  KC Wolfe will be visiting so we want to see those Chiefs shirts. 

  • The KC wolf assembly is 1:30-2:30.  We will call everyone to the gym around 1:15.

Tuesday, Oct. 25

  • Students may wear PJs and bring their favorite back-pack sized stuffed animal.

  • Student/Staff Retakes + Staff Group Photo **Please make EVERY EFFORT to attend this!! 

    • Grade-level teachers -- please PLEASE communicate more than once that PJ day is the same day as picture retakes, so if students are having their pictures re-taken, they will need to bring something to change into, or not participate in PJ day!!!!​

  • 1:00-1:30 - Explo PLC

Wed., Oct. 26

  • Students may wear mismatched clothes.

  • Fire truck visit (EAA) 9:30am – 10:00am - Kindergarten 

                                       10:00am – 10:30am-1st graders                   

                                       10:30am – 11:00am-2nd graders                 

                                       1:00pm-2:00pm-PM kindergarten

Thurs., Oct. 27

  • Wear as much red as possible.

  • PLCs

Friday, Oct. 28

  • 8:00-8:30 - Staff Meeting

  • Wear your favorite Halloween accessories.

  • Morning kindergarten parade/party will begin at 10:45-11:30 am.

  • Full Day Kindergarten – 5th grade classes will parade at 2:45 pm and classroom parties will begin at 3:00 pm.
