If you see Robin Palmer today or tomorrow, please take time to wish her well in her new position nas a flight attendant!  Robin has been a fantastic addition to our school; she has been a hard worker and has built strong relationships with students to make a positive impact.  We will miss you, Robin!

Alyssa Sobba will be joining us on Monday, Oct. 10, as a special education paraprofessional. Alyssa comes to us with strong instructional skills and classroom experience, and she is excited to work at Riverview.  If you see her around the building, please take time to introduce yourself.  

This upcoming week doesn't feel quite so hectic, especially considering it is a 4-day week with students. :)  Next next week, Tuesday, Oct. 18 8-8:30 am will be our first The Leader In Me book study meeting.  ALL staff are invited to participate...please stop by the conference room and pick up a TLIM book off of the bookshelf!

• 1:00-1:30 - All school PTA Fundraiser celebration outside behind the school.  Cash Grab for the top 3 sellers.

• 1:30-2:30 Game Cart time for top 20 students...please be on the lookout for another email on this topic.

• Kindergarten Pink Day - wear pink!

Friday, Oct 14 - NO SCHOOL K-5, paras/aides off

• 8:00-11:30 - Building PD; be on the look out for more information early next week.

• 11:30 - 4:00 - lunch and teacher work time
